We want to take a moment and say a special thank you to all those who attended the first show in 2011. We can't tell each of you enough how appreciative we are of how fun you made the show. A huge thank you goes out to our sponsor, BB&T, without you this event would not have taken place. For the owners and trainers who believed in this show and supported it....wait till next year. Until then, thank you, thank you, thank you.

"of the People, by the People, for the People"

Arabian horse association for the people

The success of this Association will be determined by all of us, not just a few.

Founded in 2010, the Number One priority of the Association will be to grow and expand the market for the Arabian Horse, not just in North America, but around the world. We are an Association of Arabian lovers, breeders, professional trainers, and enthusiasts. The success of this Association will be determined by all of us, not just a few. In the words of our Founding Fathers, we are an Association "of the People, by the People, for the People". Greater words have never been spoken, and there is great responsibility and honor in following them.

Horse Show Electricity & Excitement

Bringing back the electricity and excitement again to competition in the show ring

Primarily, the NAAHSA vision and purpose is to restore the Arabian show horse once again to the pinnacle of greatness it once enjoyed, to bring back the electricity and excitement again to competition in the show ring, and to restore confidence and accountability in the judges and judging procedure. Additionally and no less important, the NAAHSA's focus will be to decrease the cost of showing Arabian horses for the exhibitor-owner, and to bring fun, anticipation and excitement back to the show ring both for our exhibitors as well as the spectators.

August 22-25, 2012 will be the second year of the BB&T North American Arabian World Championship Horse Show at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, VA. The support for the NAAHSA has taken off even faster than the Association's founders had hoped. With "Out of the Box" and the ultimate "If I ran a horse show, here's what I would want" thinking, the Board of Directors have come up with a World Championship Horse Show that will be not only prestigious, but fun and exciting for both exhibitors and spectators alike.

We will offer all spectators, exhibitors, and trainers the opportunity to win a brand new car. We will also offer all professional trainers who attend the show and particpate in the show an opportunity at winning a brand new Adam horse trailer compliments of Adam Trailers and Delwood Trailer Sales.
